If you are aged 12 years or over, fishing for salmon, trout, freshwater fish or eels in England and Wales, you must have an Environment Agency Rod Fishing Licence.

Fishing permits for Ditchling ponds

There are two ponds at Ditchling Common Country Park where you can fish for carp, perch and roach. To fish here, you need an Environment Agency rod licence and a permit.
