An artist shows how he uses CDs in his creations, plus what your recycled CD might end up as.

Your old or broken mobile phone could be mended and resold in a developing country where new phones are often too expensive for people to afford.
- Clothes, shoes and fabric (23mb)
Clothes, fabric and shoes can be re-used through charity shops. Old or worn out items can also be recycled and turned into material such as felt, which can be used instead of peat to grow cress.
- General recycling (38mb)
Find out about other items that can be recycled at your local Household Waste Recycling Site (HWRS) including TVs, green garden waste and plastic bottles.
About the film
Don’t Want It? Don’t Waste It! was developed and produced by a local digital media company, Visicom with the assistance of sixth form Film Studies student, Sophie Reed from Uckfield Community Technology College.
Three students from Sussex Downs College, Lewes – Benjamin Warren, Claire Risseeuw and Chloe Farkas also appear as presenters in the film.
