East Sussex Community Information Service (ESCIS)
ESCIS is an online database of local and community information.
It holds details of around 8,000 organisations in East Sussex and Brighton & Hove. We record contact details, general information about what the organisation does, the geographical area it covers and information about access for people with disabilities.
Libraries are constantly updating the database and organisations are asked to update their records once a year by:
- sending a completed ESCIS form to a local library – forms can be obtained from libraries or from the ESCIS Information Officer
- or simply changing the organisation details online.
