Buy With Confidence is run by East Sussex Trading Standards. Applicants who pass our careful vetting are promoted to consumers on our approved traders search.
Join Buy With Confidence and get:
- contact details and a link to your website on our online approved trader list and the Buy With Confidence website
- promotion of the approved trader list to residents and to other local consumer schemes, such as the Consumer Support Network
- a certificate of membership that can be displayed on your premises
- use of the Buy With Confidence logo on your promotional material.
Buy With Confidence members will also benefit from a closer relationship with East Sussex Trading Standards. We will be on hand to offer help and advice, and to ensure that high standards of service are maintained. We will provide:
- a named contact for your business in Trading Standards
- a mediation service in the event of a consumer dispute that cannot be resolved between the parties concerned
- training opportunities.
